Portuguese-style blue-and-white flowers and foliage in sets of sixteen six-inch tiles. When four sets of tiles conjoin they form a cruciform motif. In this sunny interior, two sets of French Sunflowers form a wainscot while simpler flower-only tiles fill the area above up to the ceiling. A generous and open Queen Anne design with "oriental corners" refers to historic models yet seems timeless in this installation.
